• Printing: 3–7 business days.
• Shipping (India): 4–10 business days.
• Shipping (International): 10–21 business days.

b. Bookstore Orders (Pre-Stock Books)

• Dispatch: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: 4–8 business days.

c. Artwork / Custom Items

• Dispatch: 5–12 business days.
• Delivery: 5–15 business days.

1.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on order weight, destination, courier, and delivery type. Charges are shown at checkout and are non-refundable.

1.4 Tracking Information

After dispatch, customers receive a tracking ID, courier name, and tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

1.5 Delivery Attempts

• Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If delivery fails and the package is returned, reshipping charges apply.

1.6 Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, report within 5 days of delivery. After verification, replacements are sent at no cost.

• Within 24 hours: 80% refund (20% processing fee).
• No cancellation after printing begins.

2.2 Cancellation for Bookstore Stock

• Within 12 hours: 100% cancellation.
• After dispatch: no cancellation (returns only if damaged).

2.3 Cancellation for Digital Services

• Within 12 hours and before delivery: 70% refund.
• After delivery/download: no refund.

2.4 Cancellation for Advertisements & Promotions

• Within 24 hours of payment: 70% refund.
• If already published or scheduled: no cancellation.

2.5 Cancellation for Property Listings

• Within 48 hours of payment: 70% refund.
• After live listing: no cancellation.

2.6 Cancellation for Job Listings

• Within 24 hours: 50% refund.
• After publication: no cancellation.
